Creator Notes

My comic is about three friends who go on an adventure to find there murdered friends ghost. For my comic I decided to go with the stick figure art style. The main reason I did this is because I am a low level artist and I needed to save time so I could finish my comic completely. for my layouts i just tried to mix it up a little and never have the same layout twice, this just seemed like it would make the comic a bit more interesting for the reader. I picked this story because I seen and heard a lot of funny things about adventures in the woods through movies and book and thought i would create my own tale.

I'd have to say my character came first, I thought it would be cool to have an all masked man kinda like batman involved and then I just ran with it from there. I was super excited to learn how to use perspective, which i do a lot of in the comic. For my next comic i would definitely want to work on my artwork. Although stick figures are still technically comics I think it would be great if I learned how to draw some more advanced figures.
